NORTH PROVIDENCE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS

DR. ANTHONY G. FARINA

A Rhode Island native, educated at Providence College where he received a bachelor degree of science, Georgetown University where he received a masters degree in Biophysics and his medical degree from Brown University.

He has performed surgical residency training at Yale University, a neurosurgical fellowship at University of Connecticut and Internal Medicine/Primary Care residency training at Brown University.

Dr. Farina is board certified in Internal Medicine and began the Practice of North Providence Primary Care in 2001 and now serves as the medical director of both North Providence Primary Care and North Providence Urgent Care.

Dr. Farina currently holds memberships with the Rhode Island Medical Society, American Medical Association and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Farina’s goals have always been to establish a care facility which would provide a complete care and quality service to his patients and is truly dedicated in preserving such goals.

DR. LESLIE FRANKLIN

Dr. Leslie Franklin was educated at the University of Cincinnati where she received her Bachelor of Science and completion of her medical degree at the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine.

She completed her residency training at Brown University and has been practicing in the Rhode Island area since 1992. She came to join North Providence Primary Care in 2008 from her practice in the South County area.

Dr. Franklin has been actively involved in clinical instruction of Brown University medical students and has participated in the traveler’s aid medical van for the homeless.

 


JENNIFER GEREMIA, PA.-C

Jennifer Geremia, PA-C, a Rhode Island native who was educated at Sacred Heart College where she received her Bachelor of Science and went on to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health, where she received her Masters Degree with distinction to become a certified practicing Physician Assistant.

She has been involved in clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Yale University, which inspired her to a career in Medicine.

She has always provided a caring approach to patients and has always demonstrated exceptional clinical skills, which have made her a valued member of our health care team.

 

CHRISTINA WITTE, PA.-C

Christina Witte, PA-C received her Bachelors of Science from Marywood University and later accomplishing her Masters of Science with distinction from Marywood University, College of Health and Human Services.

Christina Witte is a certified Physician Assistant. She completed training in the disciplines of medicine and has become an integral part of our office since August 2008.

She has been complemented by our patients for being an excellent clinician and diagnostician who always listens to the patient.
