We at North Providence Primary Care are committed and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients. We have always prided ourselves for taking the extra time and truly listening to our patients. We have made ourselves accessible to our patients and now after hours, have added our new state of the art Urgent Care facility which can provide acute care to our patients on weekends and nights, while having direct knowledge of your medical history.

Our facility is equipped with full handicapped accessibility complete with a barrier-free exam room; so as to allow a comprehensive evaluation of wheelchair-bound patients or those too frail to access a regular examination table. We also offer services in our office that include ultrasound, electrocardiography, x-ray, pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, and impedance electrocardiography.

We are proud to be affiliated with Miriam Hospital and have an affiliation with Lifespan. Our patients who require hospital level of care are treated by our affiliate’s hospitalist and a dialogue of your care is maintained by both facilities.

We have designed an office that will both be comfortable and relaxing to help prepare you for your physical exam. Upon discharge, you will be assigned your own check-out secretary to answer any questions and schedule any testing or appointments you may need.
